CA Pulak Saha leads the Indirect Tax practice with more than three decades of deep experience in legacy indirect tax litigation, GST, Customs, DGFT, Foreign Trade Policy, Anti-Dumping Duty, Strategic Tax and Business Advisory including Policy Advocacy.
He is the former Indirect Tax Partner of Price Waterhouse & Co LLP and Leader of IDT practice for PwC Bangladesh and solely responsible for setting up IDT practice in Bangladesh and IDT Litigation Practice for PwC. He is Former member of ICAI Indirect Taxes Committee; Former Chairman- Finance & Taxation Committee of ASSOCHAM (Eastern India), Former President of Association of Corporate Advisers & Executives (ACAE); Former Co-Chairman of Indirect Taxes Committee of Bengal Chamber of Commerce & Industry and a Regular speaker on indirect tax matters in India and overseas. He is also a Member of Economic Affairs and Taxation sub-committee of CII (Eastern India).
